So after purchasing a TSC Coop, I decide to build one from scratch.
It is the maximum size allowed by our county. All that is left to do is enclose the run (8'x5') and add the nesting boxes once the girls are closer to laying (August-ish).
Total cost is around $400 but a number of materials (Coop flooring and roofing) were left over from contractors residing our house. Th floor is 1" PVC, which will make cleaning a breeze!
The beast was keeping things level, since my backyard is about a 20 degree slope in places.
