Mean Sebright chick going after all the others.....rooster, maybe?

One of our five chicks, a golden Seabright, started recently constantly goes after all the other chicks. Unprovoked.. They are now 6 weeks old. The sebright was a straight run......could that be a sign that he's a rooster? If so, I'd rather rehome it before the kids get so attached. I think it's too early to tell from feather/comb size, but I've attached a pic just in case.
I know chickens are social, so it would be cruel to keep the sebright alone....any ideas on how to change its behavior?

No, it's more going after their fronts, while lifting its wings/neck while puffing its feathersin a threatening way.
