So this is Robin enjoying some breakfast with me, she's a red producer. When I got her, her eyes had been crusted over and sealed shut with dry blood. I suspect other chicks in her bin had pecked at her eyes. After gently wiping the blood off with q-tips, her eyes opened. Sadly it seems she can only see shadows and/or blurs.

Here are some images of her enjoying Bill Nye. No idea why, but every time he'd talk she'd run over to the tablet and just stare at it.
 
I had a GLW that had one eye almost taken out by a hawk. The eye appeared to be pushed far into the socket and was completely black for two weeks. She eventually regained full sight in the eye and is living a normal life with her coop mates. They have remarkable recovery capabilities.
