This is a broody chicken. Eye was swollen shut at bubbled out several days ago, now it's even bigger and has pus or an object squeezing out! I don't know what to do?

Can you take her to a vet?

Any other symptoms - coughing, sneezing, mucous from the nostrils?

Without testing there is no way to really know the cause of eye infections. It could from respiratory illness, a peck or scratch to the eye or from debris/dirt that entered the eye.
If you don't have a vet, then you will need to remove the pus (the yellow), without removing it, she won't improve. You can gently apply some pressure to see if it will "pop out", if not, start slow, flush with saline or sterile water, using a q-tip try to get out as much as you can. Apply some Terramycin eye ointment or Vetericyn eye gel.

Also look inside her beak to make sure there is nothing in the Chonal Slit - that could have caused the swelling and pus https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/1074036/sinus-infections

Update: we pressed a wet sterile pad on her eye, and this came right out. Almost looks like a corn kernel, but can't really tell. It smells very bad and there is a lot of fluid draining now. We checked the chonal slit and it's clear, and put the gel on. She tolerated it all very well. Afterwards, she went outside and scratched and then came in the coop to eat.

I'm glad you were able to remove that. Pus in chickens is a semi-hard cheese-like consistency. You probably will need to clean and flush the eye at least once day and reapply your ointment.

It's hard to tell from the photo, but is her nostril blocked with some mucous or pus as well? If so see if you can wipe that clear as well.

Thank you for the update. Keep us posted.
