Welcome!

Ouch! Poor girl! I do hope that the folks on ER Forum are able to help you out and that she makes a full recovery

I had a problem with some of my chickens having bloody butts and the others were pecking at them. We had to separate them. Then we washed them and put some Calendula tincture on them. Then I read above about the Blu-Kote spray so I ordered some of that and also more peepers (which have always worked in the past). They have healed up nicely and are scabbed over so today we went out to spray them with the Blu-Kote since I just received it and I'm regretting it. The chickens seem to be noticing the blue butts and pecking at them again whereas maybe I should have not sprayed them since they were already scabbed over. Now we still have the peckers separated from the healers. The Blu-Kote also stains the hands and seems pretty permanent so I wonder if or when we can integrate them back together again.
