My Ducks Won't Lay!!!!!

I have 13 ducks, 7 females and 6 males (many different breeds). They all hatched September of last year and the females have not layed yet!

I have searched the yard high and low, and it is warm where I live.

We have a large pond. Would they lay in it??? Any ideas about what is going on??? Thank you.

To many males, hens won't lay eggs because of stress. You would need to get rid of all the males or keep one.
