Hi, I wanted let all know that I have pigeons in ky. I have a web site also at www.angelfire.com/ky3/englelofts/. I sale birds and trade and buy some to. I belong to the Louisville pigeom club we are a all breed club. the N.Y.B.S. for 2009 is Oct, 31 as of right now. the breeds that i have are racing pigeons, AmericanShowRacers,IndainFantails,Rollers,doves. I been in this great hobbie for about 25 years. I don't claim to know it all about pigeons but I really don't think anybody can. I know some of you might have seen me at the fair. we try to show afew birds every year. I live in Mt Washington, ky If you got any ? just email thanks Todd

That Lousiville young bird show is the best show in the US. I have gone the last 20 years. I beleibe last year there wes 5000pigeons in the show and about that many in the for sale section.
 
I know this is probably a question that has no answer, but other than egg laying, how can I tell if my pigeons are males or females? I thought I had a pair, but now I'm not so sure. I think it may be 2 males. It's a long story, but I saw them the other day and they looked like they were fighting? I don't know! I know when I first got them, I put them in with my dad's pigeons, and one of his males was 'courting' the one of mine that I think is female. But both of mine do that cooing thing, so I'm really lost!

My 13 y/o daughter Veronica shows in 4-H and we recently bought a Jacobin from Mike Rogers at the Monroe Co, In bird show. Were going to join the Indiana Pigeon club and maybe the lOuisville one too with hopes of showing. My daughter wants to be a vet and birds are her favorite. She needs to broden her experiences-We are looking to get more pigions. Call me 812-736-2180 Rebecca

I'm thinking about getting a few white homers for my son, do you have any for sale? Let me know if you do & what you want for them, I'm thinking about a dozen or so to start.
