Help Us Welcome 2 New BYC Moderators! gumpsgirl & The Chicken Lady

As BYC grows, so does our need for more great moderators.  The bar is already set pretty high with our current world class staff.   We looked for members that:

1)  Show a distinct love for the community and a desire to help it grow
2)  Lots of examples of helpful and friendly posts
3)  A level head, even when people make you really, um...  somad

After a bunch of discussion between the staff members we decided to invite two of our wonderful forum members to become moderators.   

After some intense questioning and the standard background checks we were happy to offer them the opportunity to join the BYC Staff and we're excited to announce that they readily accepted!!

So, please take a moment out of your busy posting and help us welcome the following members to the BYC Staff:
