Most hatcheries do not want to
Deal with the paperwork required.
It can be done, but either order to
Border town and drive across the
Border which is what we will try this

For extra import paperwork and they
Ship across as far as I know. With the
Exchange rate than very expensive.
And it is complicated for sure! The
Person I have talked to, has imported US
Hatched chicks already. I will just help
Drive them up north for other people's
Order to work as a group. But it saves
Me dealing with the customs part.
 
Interesting! I wasn't aware of that. I am going to look into it some more. Maybe there is some hope to get a Cream Legbar or two, then. I'd love a CL rooster for my mixed flock.

I'm getting ready to go for spring.... just waiting for the girls to start laying.

I will have white chantecler and buckeye hatching eggs & chicks.

If you're in the greater Edmonton area I will also be providing hatching & brooding services. If you've got fertile eggs, but no way to hatch them, I can do it for you. If you don't want to brood them, I can do that for you too.

Also available are POL buckeye pullets and cockerels.
