No ... you'll take Robo far, far away that day.  LOL!

It is certainly not any time soon ... there is A LOT of work that I would have to do and I'm not even sure that it would be worth getting into at the current location.

I think it would be easy enough aside from the water fowl.. But even them you could pen up at night and let them go as you test. It could certainly be done.

Newsflash: yesterday's hatch, albeit a very small one, was a 100% hatch.

That is all. smile.png

I am selling some roosters. I will not quit hatching until I do. Also planning to get some other breeds soon so I need to make room.

Got the following for sale:

1 Bantam Red Barred Cochin rooster

1 Red White and Blue Easter Egger Rooster

1 Blue Splash Ameraucana Rooster

Could sell a OE hen to go with each standard size rooster just in case anyone wants a breeder pair. Or can put a SLW hen with one as a pair which would still result in EE chicks. All were hatched in July and all hens are laying. Just offering hens in hopes to sell roosters. I have been selling them for $50 a pair in the past but today would take $30 a pair, if they go today.

Also wondering if anyone has Silver Penciled Rocks? I have a show quality hen I may sell once I figure out how much she is worth.

Haven't posted them on Craigslist or other forums yet and wanted to see if anyone local would be interested first.

Inbox me if interested.

Oh, Eric.. How I am so tempted by bantam Cochins.. If you were selling more than just boys I can't guarantee I wouldn't fall for it. hmm.png But I CANNOT.

Maybe I'll go far, far away that day and let Robo deal with it all.  Haha

My big concern is ensuring that every bird remains truly NPIP compliant when I have so much wild bird exposure.

Nope, it was a super rare breed that's I've wanted since I was a kid. The breeder does extensive health testing and practices ethical breeding, which isn't as cheap as people assume. If I wanted just a dog I'd have gone to the pound or a rescue, But I wanted this specific breed because I like their personalities.

I'm not offended, but just so you know, email updates are a thing so I already saw the previous post. To me they're worth every penny, it's OK if that's not your cuppa tea. smile.png
