I'm raising up a couple silkies in hopes of having a broody. Also, the tiny eggs are adorable for party sized deviled eggs, they are cute to take to baby showers and such. There is just something novel about eating a bite sized boiled egg with your breakfast. I've heard of people pickling them like quail eggs.
