Today's Menu and Baking Thread

Homemade pizza here tonight. I make the crust in my bread machine and use about 1/2 whole wheat. If I get the rest of the housework done it will have homemade mozzerella on it too. It has been a bad week for housework with me then ds sick. When the little kiddo is sick he wants to be held, and have someone with him. The housework doesn't get done, but at 7, he's not going to want mommy that much longer. I enjoy it while I can. So pizza, rootbeer and games tonight, with leftover pumpkin custard for dessert (pumpkin pie sans crust)

I'm thinking pulled pork needs to be on the menu soon. The grocery store had chicken breasts on sale for $.99 so I'll be cooking alot of those this week to use in other things.

Soooo many red clovers in the yard so I'm experimenting. Red clover and dandelion butter anyone?


And I stained it but good god I ate the flock outa the squashed buttery clovers....omggg

I volunteer at a private Christian school and I wonder if anyone has any ideas of what I can use Grape Jelly for?

We have some large cans of Grape jelly and since I work to make desserts wondered how I could use this up.

Generally I make cake but would like some ideas for other desserts. NO NUTS through.

I'd like to make something with this grape jelly. I have to make about 50 servings. I have half trays and full trays. You might not be familiar with the large "sheet" trays. I'd say 24" X 36"
