I am new to BYC too, and I love it already.

Oh, side note... I sold something to a lady from the Springs the other day, and when she came to pick it up, she was surprised because she didn't know roosters really crowed..... poor girl!!

Starting over with a flock of mixed layers and my lovely fluffy butts- black cochins.

That's funny about the roosters. I keep having people say "Why??" When I say I am getting chickens. Um... the eggs? They lay eggs? Really? Um, yes.

We went to Murdoch's today over in Littleton, Bandobrown, to get a waterer, feeder, and food, and oooooh, the baby chicks were so cute and I'm so excited!!!! Ours arrive on the 24th of March. smile
