Amy, the shipping took its toll on these eggs. Your packing far exceeds what these were packed in. All I'm saying.

Bless the Lord, O my soul! O Lord my God, you are very great! ...You make springs gush forth in the valleys; they flow between the hills; Beside them the birds of the heavens dwell; they sing among the branches. Psalms 104:1,10,12 {{Mom to DD 10, DS 8, 1 Standard Poodle, and  2 Production Red chicks 2/28/12, more to come. Loving Sweetheart to one very fine man!

I am just wondering if I need to get one for my little chick.  I worry though because he/she is special needs and I don't want the others to pick on her.

HI! frow.gif I'm in the greenville/spartanburg area and I'm very interested in getting one or two more hens. We currently have 3. Does anyone know of somewhere close to get them? Breed isn't too important. Right now we have Buckeyes and 1 Faverolle. Thanks so much in advance!!  fl.gif big_smile.png

Welcome GArdenjunkie.  There are many on here who should be able to help out.  It takes a few days for everyone to post and find your post, so be patient.

Pudellvr, i think there is a swap planed in florence this weekend, might be  a great place to meet folks who can help you out.

I believe it is at the Tractor Supply in florance this Saturday.  The hours are like 8 - ??  I know someone posted the info on this thread.  Its suppose to have all kinds of stuff there too.  So it would be really good to go and see whats going on if you can.  Sounds like it is set up for the kids too.  If I remember there was going to be kid activities.
