Gah that Judge is so stupid, dogs are made dangerous by their owners not the breed >:[ Hopefully you will be able to get them marked as dangerous.

Actually, I hope they screw up and get careless so you can call the cops on them again... though not that the mutts hurt anyone of course, and that's a real danger.

They've been found guilty once, getting another offense will make their lives tougher and tougher, and it sounds like the local sheriff dept would LOVE to get them again. Like I said though, that'd be a mixed blessing because of the danger to other people and their property.

I'm know from past discussion that you won't hesitate to take action if they're actually on your property... I sure hope their house sells fast in any case!

I think the for sale sign in their yard is a fake. They are not listed in the MLS. Yeah, they probably took the sign from somebody else's yard and put it in theirs just to make all of the neighbors think they are moving. I think they put the sign there because they thought it might make me not bother to go testify because they were moving. WRONG!!!

It would make the majority of the neighborhood happy if they did move!

Way to go Jody! Congrats on the Win today too.!! Like you, hope these Wacky, loony,and whatever polite words I can think of do move. I agree go after the dogs now and get them taken away from the neighborhood so you and everyone else can lead a somewhat normal life now.
