Here are some new shots of our first hatch-ling.. It's 3wks old today..these are from yesterday, It's now free ranging with mum & the rest of the flock, so far all is good.
She's a very attentive mum and drakes seem uninterested in taking her on lol I am constantly trying to sort out the gender, i have had quite a few 'scovies now but it's hard to recall, plus since i have no others to compare to yet, it makes deciphering this even harder. It has an extremely pretty head though lol.
It is very pretty, I am almost positive our 5 week old is a drake
It's legs are thick that and it seems so big. But I too have no other to compare since I sold it's siblings. Time will tell.
