The creepy loud hissing you hear at first is Apollo and his nosy butt. The crowing is my annoying rooster Ducky.

Here is one of my females, Nimh.  She got tired of waiting for the other ducks to clear out of the drinking water bowl out in the yard, so she discovered she could be all alone in the bird bath!

1 Golden Comet, 3 RIR, 3 Black Stars, 5 Buff Cochins, 1 Pekin, 3 Rouen, 7 Call Ducks, 3 Muscovy, 2 Dogs, 2 Cats, 2 Kids...whew!!!

Hey all!! I've been sifting thru this thread for some time now and finally the time has come. My first muscovy!!! I will be getting two more of her sisters tomorrow if I find there to be more girls that hatch out (from someone up the road). Here she is - my daughter named her Sweet Pea

Proud momma to 2 wonderful kids, 13 Cayuga- 6 drakes 7 ladies, 4 Muscovy 1 drake 3ladies, 1 New Hampshire hen, 6 Japanese Bantam- 3 hen 3 roo, 4 Easter Egger- 1 pullet 3 roo, 1 Cochin Bantam roo, LOTS of Coturnix Quail, 15 Rabbits & lots of kits, 1 Dog, & 3 Cats<3

How cute!  I know very little about Muscovies and I was wondering if you could tell me -- how is it possible to tell their sex at such a young age?  What are the things to look for?
