Fresh poultry manure and vegetable gardening.

So I have a large pile of pine shavings and chicken poop bottom of the pile has been there since last summer if I dig from the bottom can I throw it in my garden now to plant in a few weeks it has been rained on snowed on baked in the heat. I live in Saskatchewan so our weather is at best weird!!
