Since we always seem to be talking off topic, I started a thread for just that. TALKING! About anything you want. Try not to kill each other ok.

Hopefully Admins/Mods can just move off topic subjects to here instead of deleting them. Please?

There is a forum that used to be 'social'. That's where babble that is non-chicken related would best be posted.

I just started vet tech school and QUIT my job because I had a boss that denigrated and humiliated his employees and I found that I just don't have enough hours in the day to study, but I still feel so guilty leaving the office(even though I was always a fifth wheel) and then ANOTHER girl no called no showed last week and they are TWO people short! I want to call them and just fill in until they get someone, but my friend warned me not to and I know she's right...

I want to completely focus on school, but my sense of responsibility to a job that I probably should have never taken is getting the better of me!

There it's out there, I feel a tiny bit better!
 
Remember its a job and unless you have a stake in the company or are a TOTALLY VALUED employee they don't really care about you. It might sound harsh or sad but its the corporate mentality. Your not responsible for anything if you don't own shares or a part in the company.

You should totally focus on school. Being a Vet is a dream job for most of us here I would think. I know it is one of mine.



Anyone see any good movies? I can't wait for Superbad it looks so funny!!

I don't go out to the movies much but I just saw The Simpsons. I thought it was funny my DH thought it sucked.​

My DH wants to see that! I need to take him, he loves the simpsons, currently we have to go to Burger King for the simpson characters in the kids meals!

I can't believe they put Simpsons characters in the kids meals. It's not really a kids show. What's next? Southpark characters in the Target toy department? Oh wait - already saw that when the movie came out.
