they will, i was feeling like that about my 19 1/2 weekers and then had someone say if they lay a little later less likely to have problems,,it like Christmas when they do though......

I thought my hens would be slow to lay because of the heat, but I just got my first six eggs right on time (20 weeks)!

This is a picture of my hubby holding our first egg found today!  We are so excited:D

Wife to the Best, Mom to 2 & keeper of 5 Cuckoo Marans, 3 Barred Rocks, 1 miniature horse, 2 dogs, 6 cats, 1 Umbrella Cockatoo, 1 Rat, 5 puffer fish & a herd of 30ish deer.  Love them all....

Loving the new egg pics! now i see what everyone means by the excitement of that first egg! We found our first (two!) yesterday early pm, they werent warm anymore, so my guess is they are laying late morning? will probably be checking every hour on the hour today ! lol
