Cackle hatchery's Hatchery Surprise- Anybody got this before? - Page 9

I think they are both the large whites
..  I do have 1 buttercup, a bunch of polish and cochins, I think I may even have a couple sultans, slw and white ones, the rest I just don't know yet.

May those who love us, love us. And those who don't love us, may God turn their hearts; and if He doesn't turn their hearts, may He turn their ankles, so we will know them by their limping.

The one duck is a khaki campbell.

You can take a picture of your best laying hen, post it on Backyardchickens and ask what sex it is and somebody will tell you its a Roo....

Yep and I think the other one, whom is camera shy, is a Welch Harlequin.  wink

I have a question.... how do you brood a 'hatchery surprise?'  do you have multiple brooders set up in advance?  Turkeys and geese with chicks?  This sounds like so much fun but I'm worried about the amount of poultry (and the variety) that you get all at once!  I'd love to hear what people's plans are!  I definitely want to try this next year!
