WOW!!!!!!!  and the eggs went all the way to Florida.  With the cold and wind here today, that's where I wish I was.

They usually start out a grayish purple, early in the season and then lighten up a little bit. They are laying greenish-grey to olive grey now.

Okay, I have four black Cayuga eggs to ship out, tomorrow? Any takers? I need to know ASAP so can offer these for sale if they are not taken in the swap....

Geez--picky people! LOL These are sold....but I can offer another 4-6 (if she keeps laying this well next week). I may be able to include a muscovy egg or two if my girls start to lay again, as well...
