Here are mine I raised last summer.  I actually got a double yolk egg out of one this week.  They really have a wide range of color and markings.

2 sons, 2 daughters (oldest of which is serving as a Sergeant in the Army in Kandahar),1 husband(biggest kid), 1 German shepherd dog, 1 bichon dog, 3 cats, 1 fish aquarium,1 cockatiel, 14 hens, 2 roosters(Golden Comet, Ameracauna, BLRW, Speckled Sussex, Black Sumatra) 20 chicks(Speckled Sussex, wellsummer, barred rock, cuckoo marans, partridge rock, black australorp) 1 turkey, 12 mallard ducks.

WAHM to 1 funny little boy (hatched 5/06) and a happy little girl (09/08), living with 3 horses, 3 goats, 4 dogs, 4 1/2 cats, 5 guinea pigs, 3 tortoises, 1 lizard and my poor husband who didn't want pets...
We now have 2 EE chicks, 1 BR chick, 2 Cuckoo Marans

thumbsup Wow, what beautiful birds! D  It's amazing how the dark ones change so much.  I can't decide if I like the darker or lighter ones - guess I'll need to have some of each. 
My five week old dark ones are getting new feathers around the neck area, one chick yellowish, one white, one orangy.
The gray blue chick is anyones guess what colors will come as she is way behind in getting feathered compared to the others, not sure if she is a late bloomer or a he - supposed to be all pullets.  I have pics of them posted in my other post.

I really like the darker ones. I had ordered 4 to up my odds but two died. sad So now I just have two lighter ones. One of them is getting very nice lacing though so I think she will still turn out to be very pretty...
