Just 36" hardware cloth laid over 3/4" electrical pipe and attached to the pipe and top rail of the run with zip ties.
The electrical pipe is attached to the top rails of the run with brace rail clamps, found in the chain link fence section of Lowes (inexpensive; under $2 for each).
