I said the same thing. He is headed for freezer camp in 6 months. hmm.png I'm out of lamb meat and I'm way overdue for more. Unless the 2 guys who usually get rams from me each year comes over before this baby boy goes to the butcher.

With the price of feed and food increasing, I'm looking at stocking my freezer with just about everything from the yard (sheep, ducks, turkeys and rabbits).

Happy Friday!  I hope everyone is staying cool!  I have a couple of bantam Cochin cockerels that are pet quality and need a home.  Any takers? They will be 16 weeks tomorrow. I hatched them from eggs from Lucky Pickens here on BYC.

This guy hatched from her silver laced pen.  He is a sweetheart!

Sorry about the lousy pics...he just didn't want to stay still!  If anyone is interested, please PM me. I absolutely have to get rid of some of my boys! My feed bill is getting outrageous.  ep.gif I am near Baton Rouge.

Ashleigh - this is a pic of Ruffy, the female sebbie I got from you.  I had her in the bathroom taping her wings.  Not the best pics, but I wanted to show you the pretty grey coloring on her back. She also has grey on her tailfeathers.

grambysfarm:

Did you use to raise Golden Retrievers and Pygmy Goats?

No, never had retrievers, had pygmy goats for a short while for the kids.
