Buff Orpington roosters?????

These two Buff Orps were supposed to be hens.  They are now about 8 months old.  I've never heard either of them crow, but have heard the first one "cluck".  Me thinks they are not hens.  Expert opinions, please.

The 1st 1 looks like a roo and the second 1 a hen.

No NAIS!  NAIS benefits big factory farms and makes it harder for small farms to raise and sell food!  NAIS does nothing to improve food safety for consumers or prevent animal diseases! It is taking away our freedom! This is going to be very expensive and guess who is going to pay for it in higher food prices? You!  Help us stop it- http://nonais.org/

I had several BO "peanuts" last year. The roos were dinner and hens we'd keep. It took almost a year to figure out who was who because several never crowed or laid eggs. ended up all were roos, but one actually lived until last month cuz he was a very docile and nice one. Tasted great as BBQ tho.

No eggs from them yet.  Guess I'll just have to wait and see if one starts crowing.  Thanks!
