Big's Baking Bag Corned Beef Dinner

Putting this to the top, being it is St. Patrick's Day.
Met a couple of great ladies in Glory's today, told them to look for my recipe. HEY LADIES, this is the recipe.
My mother in law called last week, said she searched on Google and my recipe came up. Flattered. LOL.
I'm doing a ham, was really jonesing for a whole brisket but they are kinda pricey, really good smoked, but pricey. 14 pounders are the best.
Enjoy

BigMike, you're still the BEST! I have so many of your recipes that you've posted over the past several years -- thank you so much for sharing your experience and knowledge with us!

Happy St Patrick's Day to you & yours!

bought all of my ingredients and ready to COOK today!! Can't wait to see and taste the outcome! Will probably make some Senate Bean Soup and Vegetable Pot Pies with the leftovers. Never made them before but I am ready for the challenge...thanks for the recipe...

I haven't been here in a while. My wife Nan and I split up last year, then this February my Mom left us... It's been a crazy ride. I moved to Illinois and in the process had to give up my cats, my dog Lady and my chickens. I found amazing new homes for everyone and they're all real happy. I still miss them every day.

My eyes have really failed me so I hardly post anywhere, but I had someone reach out to me for this recipe so I figured I'd say Hello There... Ain't It Funny How Time Slips Away...

Ya'll take care...

BigMike

I'm sorry to hear it BigMike. I've loved your recipe since you first posted it. Corned Beef and Cabbage is my DS's favorite meal - the one he always chooses for his birthday, in addition to having it for St. Patrick's Day. I've prepared it a variety of ways but once I found your recipe, I haven't tried another.

Mike,

Thanks for the recipe..i made sure I printed it and put it with the rest of your delicious dishes....Boy, the way you spoke of your wife made it seem that you were very much in love....she's the unlucky one and I would say a "LOSER".....so, you keep on keeping on and hope you are well and continue posting your out of this world recipe's......
