prolapse in baby chicks?

Hey I would try the prep H it does look like it could be prolapse. It is much improved from original pic though. I would also do the soft diet mentioned!
 
Im currently at work. My sister in law is raising meat chicks with her daughter for a 4H project she sent me this video. Im assuming prolapse. Is it too far gone? Or is there anything we can do? She tried to push it back in with no luck. I feel helpless since im at work. Please help. I have attached a picture...it is graphic
