I got my 10 gals two weeks ago and so far they're doing fine. They're about 7 weeks now. They're called "high production reds" or something like that. I have a roo but he's too old to be with the girls. He's in another pen right next to them. I named him "Daddy'O" and he's about 4 months. We live in the desert so keeping them cool is a challenge but they're taking it in stride.

Will try to insert photos. The first is the front of my chicken house and pen. The next is of the back and the remaining are of my roo Daddy'O and the hens. The top of the run is covered so nothing can jump in or fly in. It's 6 ft. so I can walk inside easily.
