What part of VA?

I am in the Danville/South Boston area but i travel to Northern VA a lot so i can meet anywhere up there or along the way.

Wow! I'm in Semora/Roxboro, NC, it takes me right at 30 mins to get to Danville/South Boston.

I am interested in getting 2 giants black cochins, and 2 light brahmas (standard) all hens if poosible, can be any age.

I have a neighbor who loves mine of these breeds, and she has a coop built, but hasn't gotten any more chickens yet since hers were killed by a dog (i helped her fix a better new run the other week) Now she's looking for a few hens, and I told her i'd look out for her (she's letting me pick, she was interested in getting some of my mystery chicks when they got older) but I know she'd REALLY like a couple cochins and brahmas, and want to do this for her birthday that is coming up as a surprise.

What do you have available of these two breeds? and how much are you asking for the corresponding ages.


Oh as well, I am looking to get maybe 2 black or blue silkies, straight run-doesn't matter on them, for my stock at home.

I live in Maryland and have an extra speckled sussix roo from bargain's stock. Maybe even two. They are young, 3 mths old now. Here are photos of them. If you can tell if one is a pullet I would love that news. I would love to trade for very youg Speckled Sussix pullet and a very young Buff Orpington pullet or chicks.

I would like to find roosters that are already mature. I have some young ones 2-3 months old that i am keeping but i dont want to wait that long. I would like to find some at least 6 months old but he is beautiful. He looks like he is going to be very nice.

I am currently sold out of the cream brabanters, When i have some available i do come through chesterfield every now and then. I think that is as close as i come.
