Again, I would at least call the vet. I don't rush my pets to the vet unless there is an extreme emergency like when my goat broke its leg - but I do call her, sometimes in middle of night when one is really sick, like with diarreah and lethargic (like your baby goat) and she will tell me what to do over the phone. Had a new GP puppy with awful horrible-smelling, runny, mustard-yellow diarreah at 10:30 p.m. Easter Eve terrified it was Parvo. Called vet and she diagnosed Cocci over the phone, asked if I had any sulfa drug on hand, I did, I had Sulmet, told me to give her and her brother the Sulmet, told me how much - problem solved - $0 vet fee and two happy healthy, growing puppies.
I have learned that with goats they hide their sypmtoms well. Sometimes you never see a symptom - just find a dead goat. Any 2 month old goat that has diarreah and has been lethargic for the 5 days you have had her needs to see a vet or at least consult a vet - that's not panicking - that's just the way it is.
