Have you decided to take the duckling away from the mother?  Usually the mom will keep them warm enough.  I guess having a back up isn't a bad idea in case something goes wrong.  Two hens and one duckling might be a problem somehow, but I have no experience with this so I'm not sure exactly how. 
Usually for a brooder a infrared lightbulb is used, I'm not sure how well a 60 watt bulb would work.  Anyone else have any input?

Really cute!  I don't think you would want to mix ducks of such different sizes in your small duck pen, especially a little call duck and a big Pekin drake.
