Docile Rooster Breeds ?

Banta rooster have always been mean since ive been a kid. Cochin is the breed my father has been getting and he's funny to watch walk around. The others always jumped on the grandkids.
 
My white Leghorn roo has a personality disorder. He used to be good, did his job, protected hens, crowed,ect. But about 2 months ago he started attack everyone! He is hands down the meanest bird I've ever seen! He is gone tomorrow. Leghorn NASTYiest! Oh and he's 16 months old
