They can hatch earlier. I had one hatch at day 19, and then some hatch on day 21. It depends. But yes, the normal amount of days is 21 days. I heard someone who had a bantam(I think cochin) hatch on day 18. It just depends.
 
Thank you just been an checked on them an can't see any pipping or movement not sure if i heard anything or my mind playing tricks as incubator noise makes it bit hard to hear if they are quite so excited but nervous at the same time
 
Yesterday timetea i noticed one had internally pipped checked this morning an cannot see any external pipping how long does it normally take from the internal to external pip please
