Yeah, my husband posted another thread and got more answers than I did.
Our structure is only 32 sq ft. It's not huge.
And thanks to the suggestions on the other thread, we discovered the one thing we needed to know most- that the run had to be 100' from the neighbor's house.
We moved the coop and will now commence the building of the run.
Can't wait to get our hens!!
