Does anyone know if you need a liscense to raise swans in wisconsin? I'd imagine you would need one but im not sure.

2 Rhode Island Reds, 2 Humes Bartail pheasants, 5 Call ducks ,1 sultan mix, 12 special black mix, 2 Chukar, 1 mallard, 1 indian runner, 4 pigeons, 2 silkies,and 6 english game bantams!

I believe it depends on which breed you want to get. I think if they are a native (like the trumpeter) you need a game farm permit but if they are not native (like black neck swans) you don't need one, but don't quote me on that. Call your local DNR. They can give you the answer you need.
