Anyone want to join my blue egg laying Silkie project?

The rumpless ones are truly rumpless (it comes from the true rumpless araucana I used to get the blue egg gene from). Below is a picture from 2 years ago of some young blue egg silkies. The darker of the two is rumpless and has no tail bone at all, while the light one has a full tail (both lay blue eggs).

My DD does the nn silkies, but I have no plans of crossing her nn silkies into mine (I don't like the looks of the nns). My silkies are of mixed colors, so I do tend to get a more partridge type coloring on some of them (the lighter one in the above picture is one of them), but I haven't gotten any reds.

Since the Silkies lay a cream egg did you get green originally & have to work toward blue? What was the most difficult trait to reestablish after crossing the araucanas to the silkies? I am going to breed my silkies to my Silkied ameraucanas and see if I can get some frizzles too!
