I had 4 chicks come out with a hole in their stomachs.. Intestins were coming out of the holes.. I pushed them back in gently and then sutured them up with a needle and string. They are doing fine. Took the stitches off last week!

I believe this. We had a three day old duckling that my 4 year old accidentally sat on and it looked DEAD. It was barely breathing, neck flapping and back looked weird. We figured she broke it's back or neck. Drove to TSC to get a couple more (couldn't leave only one to grow up on its own!) And on the way there AND back, both my 7 and 4 year old prayed together while holding hands. Got home. It was like nothing had ever happened. She's now the biggest strongest of the four ducklings!
