Is it possible they're mixed and carry buff genes?  If not I'd say splash.

hmm mayb the parents r not my birds but i can definitly see a little orange in two of them they were in with a searbright supposedly but they all have five toes and completely black skin. the person who sold them too me had some hatch a week befor mine and she hatched 24 and only 3ish i think she said were crosses and they had a stripe accross their back and didnt look like pure silkies.

Those 3 could be white too since you have a white in there. Splashes tend to have a pale pale bluish tint on the baby fluff, like whites with bluish shading...but not always. You'll know as soon as you find a dark wing feather coming out, that's where I'd be looking first. They look an awful lot like whites to me but it could just be the picture colors aren't accurate. Orangish tint could just indicate that they are buff based white...the white in the pen could be a buff based white. I have plenty of whites hatch out with that tint.

You have one blue.  The others are either splash or white, definately not buff.
