Yeah, I did buy her as an adult.

I've had that one in particular for 4 years now though, the first pic is the most recent. So even if she did have a haircut, it should have grown back completely right? They don't grow back shorter if the feathers are cut?
 
Now thats a good question!!!
I cant see how they can grow back if they are trimmed at the end of the follicles, ill do some research and ask dhunicorn, that lady is a wealth of info.
Ive never seen my girls grow them back but ive only been trimming for 12 months.
