new babies up date

i have 21 new rirs babies and 2 pipping and 3 more eggs.i sat 26 rirs eggs mine.so my hatch was about 95%.i used a little gaint no turner no fan.have had 2 95% hatches so far with my own eggs.only got 50% on duck eggs bought off of ebay.is any one else getting in the 90% on your hatches jumpyjumpyjumpy
i now have 24 out of 26 hatched
