I've tried this before...and it worked great! She sure gave us a good recipe!

This looks yummy, and I would love to try it, but I've been unable to find apple pie spice in my area and we don't have a foodlion. Is there a way to make up the spice myself or should I just go online and try to find it?
 
use a combo of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves

try 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp each nutmeg and ginger, 1/4 tsp cloves, scale up as needed

Sorry, it took me so long to reply to this, I got busy and only came back for little to check up. Thank you so much for the alternate ingredients, it's a big help!
