mypetchicken.com?

Hi,
I ordered my first flock from mypetchicken.com. I have 6 Buff Orpingtons that are now 5 weeks old. In my experience, their customer service was great. Always got a quick reply to email questions. ( I asked a lot of questions! ) I also thought their website was easy to navigate and choose when I wanted my chicks shipped. I ordered my chicks on a Tuesday, they were shipped Wednesday and arrived at my post office at 10:30am on Thursday. I did call the post office ahead of time to let them know the chicks would be arriving once I received the shipping confirmation from MPC. There is a 'runt' to the litter that was obvious when they arrived. It's seems to be doing well and growing well but I am currently wondering if it deaf. All the other chicks look healthy so far and seem to be doing great. I did pay the extra charge to have them sexed and it is still too early for me to tell if I did get all females. Hope this helps:)
Last year they were okay customer service wise even though they sent me one sickly chick and one male that was supposed to be female.

This year? Absolutely appalling screw ups and horrible customer service. I hope anyone considering using them will read the link I posted above, because they have put me off their company forever and I would feel horrible if anyone had to go through the same kind of trouble they have put us through this year.

I have repeatedly ordered chicks from them, I have always been happy with my orders and the service received, but I order months in advance, I have called to order more on an order or change types and they have always been accommodating, I will continue to order from them, I think a chick has died here and there but I just accepted it as a part of ordering through the mail, they did credit me the one year I called, I figured it's the price you pay to get fewer chicks at a time, my order this year of Bantams are thriving, thought I did lose one in the first week. I like them.
