KY state fair

Maybe you should bandage it or something? That might help. Do the quack test with your other one, it should be old enough.

I tried that - in fact, I was sure it was a male, and I was gonna sell him to Cristy - but then I went to swap his cage to take him to Sano, and he quacked like a girly.

Either he is confused or I am, but I'm hanging onto him a little longer til I know for sure he is a boy ro a girl. (plus, I may have to replace my little boy

I had thought about taping his wing up - but I would have to tape it totally around his body to hold it still - not sure how he'd react to that.

I have to go to Day & Day monday (need more milk) so I'll see if they have vet wrap. I hear that is better than tape.

happily it isn't angel wing, his wing was fine before this - I didn't see the geese do it, but I'm pretty positive they are the culprits - they are always grabbing someone as they pass by out there. (remember my story about poor Mr. Feathers?

My goose (blue) is scared to death of the chickens, even the little ones!

The embden is a bully, and doesn't let anything bother him. The only things that one is afraid of are Cristian and the dogs, but all the birds are. I think they are more scared of Cris than the dog though

These are the days I'm gonna try to be there with my granddaughter (if I can get these days off of work)! I never miss the Ky State Fair!

Friday 21 - Poultry, Rabbits
Thursday 27 - Miniature Horses

For right now, all I can do is look at what breeds I want, and I am taking my 2 yr old granddaughter to her first State Fair.
When she comes over to visit, she asks if she can see chicken tv, so, I type in chicken cams, and we watch Chicken TV.
I'm also going to show her Miniature Horses, besides the pics on the computer.

I can't wait to see her reaction to all of the HUGE animals she hasn't a clue about yet!
