The duckhouse is 4'x8' and elevated. This is from inside the run looking at the duck door to the house at the top of the ramp.

We built a coop where half has the vinyl flooring on wood that connects to the small pond. I add playmats ontop to soften it for them. The other half is this plastic poultry flooring with small holes in it and rubber mats with holes ontop.

To keep snakes out from getting in on the bottom, we have this metal that is attached on the underside of the raised coop, with small holes on the side for the water to drain when cleaning.

The second half of the coop was the old one they had. A small two floor one that I covered the sides on and made their nesting area, then the 5 ft extension with food and fresh water. Then the larger 15ft area with the pond.

The sides are mesh wire to protect them from predators and all doors have two latches.
