Chickens have diarrhea ----- HELP

one of my hens has this problem but her stools are dark brown diarrhea . i started her today on electrolytes and probiotic mixed in water. gonna get some yogurt and see if that helps she's had it for a week now. darn birds won't perch and prefer to sleep on the floor. never seen that before. as cold as it is up here you would think they would perch off the cold ground. they hole up in the straw in the corner. weird.

Unfortunately I am not sure what else I can do. She is over 5 and has other things wrong. I cleaned her and put a DE & antibiotic ointment on her. I am taking her to the vet after this storm passes. I am pretty sure doc will want to put her down. Thank you.

I am so happy! Doc gave her capstar, diarrhea meds, dewormer and antibiotics and said there is a good chance she will make it. She is such a sweet girl.Just wanted to share with you!

Could be perfectly normal.
I'll attach a link to lots of pix of poop.

Whew! I was going to post a picture asking about some poo, but I did the search first. The pictures were SO helpful! Now I know the poop is normal cecal poop.

Now, do I delete the picture from my phone or run around showing everyone that I know what cecal poop is...

Two of my buff's have watery diarrhea. They are eating, drinking & are healthy. Is there something I should be giving them ?? There are no worms in their watery poop.
Second question. Two of my bannies are bald, well almost.None of my other hens or the roosters pick at them. They just lost their feathers. It's sad & I worry about them getting sunburned when they are out. Any suggestions on what I can do to get their feathers back on, besides glue "just kidding

I give mine snowbird crumbles and the feathers grow back really fast. I think the brand is Manna or something like that. Comes in yellow bag. They will get sunburned if they don’t have shade or chicken saddles. I put Coppertone 15 on my Little Frizzles cause they were so bald they looked like they were ready for the stew pot. They actually got tan. Lol
