 i'd say they do. otherwise they might be gold laced but they wouldn't have white feathers.

All I know is there father is a mottled.

It certainly could be a gold laced/Mottled mix. The white tips are coming out from the mottled sire but the color on the feathers appears to be a gold laced dam. I haven't had any come out of my MF/Mottled crosses that have that coloring on the shafts like that pattern.

I have fallen in love with these guys. I have one millie and I really want to get a roo for her to get more.

i'd say the chicks are possibly a partridge split to mottled then. you could get calicos next generation but it shouldn't show up now. that white will go away when they molt.

I have 2 young cockerels that are free if you're interested in them. I know one has pretty good patterning coming along and the other is more calico
