I called them and they do not process. They referred me to KNK Poultry. www.knkpoultry.com I called him and he said it as $4.00 to process the bird; $5.50 per bird whole & vaccuum sealed and an additional $4.50 to cut the bird into pieces & vaccuum seal it.
They butcher Wednesdays & 8 AM and do it by appointment.
What is the benefit of vacuum sealing if you are going to freeze it??? Is it just hype or worth it?
I do both vacuum seal and ziplock. Anything I know will be in the freezer long term gets vacuum sealed. I've had meat in our freezer for way over a year, no freezer burn and fresh as the day I sealed it.
