M&W is a great place that has knowledgeable employees who take time to explain why item a is superior to item b even if it means you save money and they make a lesser sell. Mind you this is all IMO and not proven fact.
I like Tractor Supply. They're very friendly with me, but they might just be sucking up, since I spend a lot there. Sometimes just go to look around if I need to get out. I keep saying they need a cafe area, but I doubt the manager would have the gumption to designate an area for such a thing. I have spent time sitting and talking to friends there.
Now back to M&W. If they're a friendly sort and I lived right across the street, I'd ask them to deliver my feed and pay in advance. Of course if I were M or W, and I am the friendly sort, I WOULD suggest to Beer, that they pay in advance and I'd deliver the feed across the road, or down the road or anywhere I was driving by on my way home from the store.
Heck I bought two cattle panels at TSC and Cynthia was nice enough to drop them off here on her way home. I don't have a truck but she did.
Oh and one thing about TSC? They sent me a year end statement of how much I spent and a pie chart breakdown of what I bought. I buy lots of things there even if it's a few cents more than HD.

I may just have to make one myself ...LOL
I don't think so. Chickenstock will happen while we're away in Alaska. While my daughter will be here, she doesn't sew. Maybe when she has kids she'll have the desire to learn. DW made most of the girls clothes when they were younger. Our grandkids are wearing the Smocked dresses she made. Well not the boy grandkids, but the girl grandkids do. The boys wear current Super hero shirts she makes.
I'm still trying to get her to make our grandsons Curious George pj's. He's a size larger now. The way things are going, he'll get them for his high school graduation. Good thing I bought a lot of fabric.
