I just replaced the fuel pump in my Taurus, the filler neck to the tank had broken and let crap into it and tore everything apart. How does having less that 50% gas in the tank screw it up? (I'm an engineer, Jim, not a mechanic!)

Sunny and 49 here, and really windy, I don't remember high winds being in the forecast! Makes it feel so much nastier!
Um, could you have meant $4.15? That's what it is in my part of the northern LP, I can't imagine it's a buck cheaper up there?

And now for my highlight of the day! My order from Meyer Hatchery arrived today. I got 14 Golden Buffs (SR) they sent 15, and 11 Blue Andalusian (SR). They seemed in fairly good shape for a 2.5 day/2 night trip. A bunch were piled in the corner of the box and they seem to still be piling up under the light bulb though there is an over head heat source to the right side of the brooder (not in photos.) Got them all to drink and a couple started eating and a couple more started drinking like there was no tomorrow. I can't remember which color is male and female in the Golden Buffs (aka golden comets, red sex-links), anyone know off hand? I'm about to run back to the garage and check on things and research takes time. Also, I didn't think Blue Andalusians were sex linked, but I got 8 black striped chicks and 3 pale yellow with a hint of gray. Anyone know about them? See you later. Got to go chick watch now.
